Lead occurrence in paints, drinking water, soil and air continues to be one of the leading causes of health-related problems (Mental Retardation, etc), especially in 'Children under Age Seven'. BENAS provides a wide range of services in lead control and elimination in households, work places and schools. Services include building surveys for lead problems identification, source(s) elimination and de-leading solutions at reduced costs and under budget. BENAS provides detailed and site-specific technical Specifications and Scope of Work for lead abatement, project management and monitoring during active removal operations. Worker health and safety design, including personal protective equipment (PPE) and gear during interior and exterior lead removal work, aimed at reducing lead dust exposure to the workers and the general public.
BENAS provides waste characterization and profiling for disposal of leaded-paint and other hazardous wastes generated during abatement projects.
