\u00a0Many building\/property owners and managers in Texas continue to baffle with questions and problems of State requirements for buildings scheduled for demolition and\/or renovation. The State of Texas requires that prior to the demolition of any building built before 1981, the owner or manager shall perform a comprehensive asbestos inspection to determine if materials used for the construction of the building contain asbestos fibers. BENAS and all its staff are certified and licensed by the State Department of Health to perform all forms of asbestos and lead based paint related activities, including inspections, risk assessments, management planning, project design, development of technical specifications for abatement activities, abatement project management and monitoring, and on-site final clearance testing prior to re-occupation.<\/div>\n

These certifications and licenses allow BENAS to perform projects on a Turn-Key Basis. In other words, we provide the whole 9-Yards of services beginning with asbestos\/lead-based paint inspections and concluding with a renovated and\/or demolished building without a middleman.
