Real Estate lenders, including banks, insurance companies, mortgage companies, federal, state and local governmental institutions and agencies are increasingly dependent on property\/sites evaluations prior to lending considerations. BENAS assists both sellers and buyers of real estate in property\/site assessments. BENAS has performed numerous Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs) for several banking institutions, mortgage bankers, investment interest groups, insurance and other lending institutions, including the NationsBank of Texas NA, now Bank of America.
