\nBenas is a specialist in the development of Technical Specifications and the Scope of Work for asbestos abatement work. Our Specifications and Scope of Work are Project-Specific and tailored to minimize redundancy and clumsiness. BENAS provides on-site project management, ambient and employee monitoring throughout the duration of a project. Our technicians are trained, certified and licensed to perform on-site air sample analysis by Phase Contrast Microscopy (PCM) in accordance with NIOSH quality approved techniques (7400 Methods), including Clearance testing.
\nThe purpose\/result of complete on-site and on-time project management and monitoring is a significant reduction in costs to our clients, both in monetary terms and building availability for re-occupation. Company policy requires that a Comprehensive final Report is issued by BENAS immediately following the completion of a project to enable our client proceed with building use. Quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) is re-enforced by BENAS at all times. The company and all analysts are enrolled in approved QAQC Programs for air sample analysis (American Industrial Hygiene Association, (AIHA)). Furthermore, BENAS utilizes licensed and accredited laboratories for the analyses of air or bulk samples.
