\nBENAS Environmental Services, Inc. is a specialist in the management of asbestos dust exposure inside and outside of any building and\/or other environment, taking into account our client's needs, budget, work place and time constraints, personnel and Regulatory Compliance. Our emphasis is to custom-design and implement programs, which include the collection and analysis of bulk building materials samples and analysis via Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM). Also, BENAS employs Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) in the analysis of bulk samples of building materials, where and when necessary.
\nAsbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) Protocol is utilized in sampling and testing, as well as result tabulation and reporting. Material(s) condition evaluation and hazard assessment provides our clients' up-to-date information for quick and easy choice of response action(s). State-of-the-art techniques including computer aided design, cost estimation for handling any asbestos containing materials identified during surveys and testing. Licensed, trained and certified technicians carry out on-site management services to reduce cost and redundancy for our clients.
